Email: Jeremy Meyer is a partner in the firm’s labor and employee benefits department. After representing labor unions in Chicago for four years, Jeremy joined the firm in 2000. At Cleary & Josem, Jeremy has represented union clients before the NLRB, the PLRB, PERC, and in arbitration proceedings, as well as representing both union and fund clients in State and Federal court. Jeremy is the lead attorney in our ERISA collection practice, representing funds in both delinquency and withdrawal liability cases. Jeremy is also the primary attorney who reviews QDROs and QMCSOs for our office. 
Jeremy is a graduate of Vassar College and Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. Jeremy is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as eight Federal District Courts and the Federal Court of Appeals for the Second, Third and Tenth Circuits.
