Email: Gina Hertzig has a long history of representing labor unions and working people. While attending college, she worked for the ILGWU in New York City as an organizer. After college, Gina worked for AFSCME as an organizer and staff representative in the Washington D.C. area.
As a partner in the firm, Gina represents our labor union clients in negotiations, labor board proceedings and in litigation of all types. Gina also represents employee benefit funds, providing day-to-day advice to trustees and plan administrators. In addition, she has represented clients in real estate and tax matters, as well as before the N.J. Casino Control Commission.
Gina graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey where she concentrated in Labor Studies. She is an honors graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and has spent her entire legal career representing unions and employee benefit funds. Gina is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as a number of federal district and appellate courts.
